Hello! Welcome!
I can recommend you these ones:
http://www.craftster.org/
and http://www.atcsforall.com/index.php (AFA - or ATS for ALL) for swapping. You can find a lot of new friends for swapping.

I usually send my ATC in usual post envelopes)) I show ATC in my blog and then somebody will suggest me his ATC for swap.
Here are my ATC:

There are several ATC groups on www.flickr.com. Also there are several Yahoo groups devoted to ATCs.

Good luck!

No, they don't have to be in plastic sleeves (unless a specific group has made that part of their guidelines). The only real "rules" for ATCs are that they be the right size (2.5 x 3.5 inches) and that they be traded, not bought or sold.

You might also look on meetup.com to see if there's a local group to trade in person -- or start one of your own!

Good luck and have fun!

www.atcsforall.com is a great site. I've used it for over a year now and have gotten many trades.
If you sign up my username is Vicious Poetry. I'm always looking for new trades. : )
